I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the management team is always friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really shows they care about keeping the property in great shape. The amenities are a big plus, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels. It’s clear that the staff puts effort into making this a comfortable place to live. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Lived here for a couple years, and the staff was very gracious and understanding when we wished to switch apartments. After new management, the maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly and kindly. Unbeatable location.. Absolutely walkable to the heart of downton or BSU direction. I chose Spring Creek when I first moved to Boise from out of state, and it's been a great place to acclimate to my new surroundings. The price is excellent for being so close to downtown, and the maintenance folks do a great job of keeping the apartments in top shape. I'm pretty happy here.

My fiancé and I love Spring Creek! We have been here for almost two years in June and it’s been a great experience living here. It’s so quiet and peaceful, and management/maintenance have been responsive and kind every time we’ve contacted them. Our apartment quickly felt like home to us. We love how close of a walk we are to the Greenbelt, Winco, East End neighborhoods, and downtown. We haven’t had any issues with our unit either. We’re looking forward to another year living here. Thank you Spring Creek for all that you do! 💛

Really close to downtown yet still have some peace and quiet. The community garden is a major plus. But my favorite part is the extra storage closet on the porch. It’s just what we needed for all our outdoor gear.

The perfect little pocket behind down town! There is a community garden and through there, access to downtown which is very nice! Have lived here since last August and have had no issues! Very quiet neighborhood

I would like to say Thank You to the SpringCreek Property managers, for their fantastic and quick service. I have been a resident of SpringCreek for over 14 years, it is clean, quiet, and friendly. They recently had to replace my HVAC, they were fast and prompt being it was middle of Summer heat, much appreciated. They are pretty much on top of things, plumbing, electrical, and bldg maintenance.

The mangers are very kind, helpful and responsive to any issues brought up. The community is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves and I’ve been living comfortably here for years. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the management’s lack of keeping dog waste bags stocked regularly and the dog waste garbage builds up often. I hope they can find a consistency for us dog owners with maintaining that. Other than this issue, I really do enjoy living here. They fixed the alarm system issues and seem to really care about the residents and our comfort and safety.

I lived there for a year and half. It was a great experience. I made loads of friends and got a puppy while I was here. A bottom apartment is a PERFECT place for a dog. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better. The maintenance guy was incredibly nice and responsive. It’s the only appt I’ve missed living in after 10 years of renting in 4 different states.

Though an older property, it's character blends well with the Warm Springs neighborhood. Management and maintenance are accessible and responsive. The 1B/1BA is more than sufficient for one person. A couple would struggle with storage and closet space and need to have good roommate rules for bathroom use. Assigned covered parking for one vehicle is nice, unless you have a jacked-up truck or camper. There is adequate unassigned uncovered parking. Residents are an eclectic mix of BSU students, young and older folk, since still working, others retired. A large courtyard serves as a meeting place, mostly for dog owners. After a year here I haven't experienced issues with other tenants. Things are quiet, though there is the occasional noises of people going and coming.

Occasionally a small herd of deer will pay us a visit through the courtyard! To be just a short walk to the Green Belt and the river, why go camping!

Best place I've ever lived, manager and maintenance guy are the best and I honestly mean that as a U S Marine Veteran and person whose has lived all over the world. Kathryn the manager really takes the best care of the residence here. She is an absolute must in order for a place like this to work. She so wonderful as well just as a person in general. I feel at home thanks to her. If you complain about spring creek your either crazy or incapable of being happy. Respectfully G and J
