Well the apartments aren't keptup as far as, nothing is really cleaned before you move in and the whole lease is shady but the part that bugged me was they retain the right to enter your apartment when ever they choose with no prior notification.

I would like to say Thank You to the SpringCreek Property managers, for their fantastic and quick service. I have been a resident of SpringCreek for over 14 years, it is clean, quiet, and friendly. They recently had to replace my HVAC, they were fast and prompt being it was middle of Summer heat, much appreciated. They are pretty much on top of things, plumbing, electrical, and bldg maintenance.

I have had a great experience with Spring Creek Apartments. Been here a little over a year. Quiet neighbors and super convenient shopping and commute, plus a personal garden spot!

The mangers are very kind, helpful and responsive to any issues brought up. The community is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves and Iâve been living comfortably here for years. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the managementâs lack of keeping dog waste bags stocked regularly and the dog waste garbage builds up often. I hope they can find a consistency for us dog owners with maintaining that. Other than this issue, I really do enjoy living here. They fixed the alarm system issues and seem to really care about the residents and our comfort and safety.

Ya know Iâve lived here for years and the current management is great and responsive, kind, etc. but the fire alarm system has repeatedly had HORRIBLE issues. It went off at 4am a month ago randomly and we all had to stand outside for an hour while fire dept disarmed it. Then this morning itâs going off at 1am freaking my family out. Weâre all outside again while it screams repeatedly⦠Thatâs my only reservation about living here. The city needs to approve a new alarm system because itâs outdated. Whatever the problem⦠itâs unfair to residents. Iâm angry and sad because k love my community here other than that. Ugh. Now weâre all wondering when our sleep will be disrupted each night. When will it go off and not turn off again?

I enjoy the location and the beauty of the court yard of Spring Creek. The management has changed a few times but Danielle is so kind and easy to work with. One of the down sides of this complex is the age of the apartments with old shelving, carpets and loud fans in the bathrooms. The rent increases every year and there are not improvements made of the inside of the apartment. I have been looking at old dirty brown shag carpets every day for the last 9 years.

Wife and I lived here for almost 2 years now. We really are happy with the choice of moving here. Manager Danielle is great, always pleasant to talk with and always helpful in answering any question we may have. We love it here..
