Iâve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the management team is always friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really shows they care about keeping the property in great shape. The amenities are a big plus, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels. Itâs clear that the staff puts effort into making this a comfortable place to live. Overall, Iâm very happy here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Lived here for a couple years, and the staff was very gracious and understanding when we wished to switch apartments. After new management, the maintenance requests were taken care of very swiftly and kindly. Unbeatable location.. Absolutely walkable to the heart of downton or BSU direction. Quick shout out to Jay and staff- thank you for all your help!

I chose Spring Creek when I first moved to Boise from out of state, and it's been a great place to acclimate to my new surroundings. The price is excellent for being so close to downtown, and the maintenance folks do a great job of keeping the apartments in top shape. I'm pretty happy here.

My fiancé and I love Spring Creek! We have been here for almost two years in June and itâs been a great experience living here. Itâs so quiet and peaceful, and management/maintenance have been responsive and kind every time weâve contacted them. Our apartment quickly felt like home to us. We love how close of a walk we are to the Greenbelt, Winco, East End neighborhoods, and downtown. We havenât had any issues with our unit either. Weâre looking forward to another year living here. Thank you Spring Creek for all that you do! ð

The management and workers are amazing. When i needed them they got to it in a timely manner. They are so respectful, helpful, friendly and truly caring. I highly recommend living out here

Really close to downtown yet still have some peace and quiet. The community garden is a major plus. But my favorite part is the extra storage closet on the porch. Itâs just what we needed for all our outdoor gear.

The perfect little pocket behind down town! There is a community garden and through there, access to downtown which is very nice! Have lived here since last August and have had no issues! Very quiet neighborhood

Excellent location. Quick walk/bike to the river, park, grocery store, foothills, and downtown. Love this spot.

Donât waste your time, waited weeks just to get denied. Now I have to wait 10 buisness days to get my money back so I can find somewhere else.
