Currently, a lease can be from 6 - 15 months. Each lease is based on current availability, and changes come as lease terms are chosen.
Pet Policy
- $150 refundable pet fee for the first pet
- $250 pet fee for the first pet
- $150 refundable pet deposit for the second pet
- $250 refundable pet fee for the second pet
- $40 a month pet fee per pet
- Maximum of two pets allowed
- 100 pounds is the maximum pet weight
Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive potency shall not be permitted.
Examples of these breeds — but not exclusive to — include:
Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Huskies, full blood or any mixed at any percentage are prohibited from residing at this community.
